Overview

The Southern Adventist University Alumni Mission Trip to Kimogoro Adventist School is a partnership with Maranatha Volunteers International, serving the fascinating country of Kenya.

There is a great need for churches and schools in this eastern African country, and local church leadership has requested Maranatha’s assistance. SAU Alumni volunteers on this project will work at the Kimogoro Adventist School. This school was founded in 1996 with only 35 students and is now home to over 300 children. The growing campus needs help improving its infrastructure.

This group will help build a new building on campus. Volunteers who join the team will also have the opportunity to conduct local community outreach, including a children’s program.

This project will include a safari excursion to the world-famous Masai Mara National Park.
