Overview

Camp Yavapines is in Prescott, Arizona, and is one of our many efforts based in North America. Each year, Maranatha works with organizations in the United States and Canada to provide volunteer labor for various construction or renovation projects.

Camp Yavapines has served children, youth, and adults since 1947. It offers a variety of accommodations, from quaint cabins, to rustic bunk lodges, as well as RV and tent sites. The camp is nestled within the majestic pines of Thumb Butte, and adjacent to the Prescott National Forest. Camp meetings have been held here for decades, but the camp needs assistance to maintain their sprawling facilities.

On this project, volunteers will help build 3 cabins, install siding and trim, paint, tile, landscape (including tree removal), as well as other camp maintenance items.

Other than framing, extra helpful skills needed: concrete, plumbing, drywall and insulation.

Please consider joining us for this project!
