Camp Leoni Meadows (CA) Project

Overview

Leoni Meadows Christian Camp and Retreat Center Project is one of our many efforts based in North America. Each year, Maranatha works with organizations in the United States and Canada to provide volunteer labor for various construction or renovation projects.

Leoni Meadows Christian Camp and Retreat Center experienced great loss due to the destruction of the Caldor Fire that swept through the camp. They are requesting Maranatha’s help with rebuilding several structures, including sheds, porches and roofs, as well as general clean-up. Any help will be appreciated.

-2 Pump Houses Framed in
-2 Water Heater houses built
-AV Building framed in
-Stage deck completed.
-Campfire Bowl Benches installed and edges routed
-spread wood chip in some areas.
-Electrical done in Inn and pump house
-Replaced vanities in the Inn
-Wash and repaint rooms in the Inn
-Removed the dorm room wall.
-install and finish drywall in Laundry
-Emptied weight room
-Remove curtain rods and made wall repairs
-Repaired fence
-Removed and replaced deck
-Repaired go-cart track
-create and burn burn piles
-cleaned and washed down dining area
-Cleaned out flower beds
-dusted furniture and fixtures
-Cleaned metal debris from meadow area
-Repaired railroad tracks
-Split firewood
-cleared debris away from railroad track
