Pacific Union College (CA) Project
What's Included
Overview
The Pacific Union College (CA) Project is one of our many efforts based in North America. Each year, Maranatha works with organizations in the United States and Canada to provide volunteer labor for various construction or renovation projects.
In 2019, Maranatha volunteers helped renovate 31 rooms in men’s dorm, Newton Hall. In 2020, volunteers on this project will continue with the renovations. This includes paint, flooring, ceilings, electrical, cabinet rebuilding and plumbing. Lots of skill needed, and helpers too!
Project Stats: $56,910 (271 volunteer days x 7hrs per workday x $30/hr)
17 rooms completed; painted, flooring, ceilings, electrical, and cabinets installed. Several other rooms started but not completely finished due to having to evacuate because of fires.
Dorm renovations including flooring, cabinetry and painting.
