Overview

**This mission trip is led and organized by a an individual mission team through Maranatha. Registration is handled directly through the mission team and not through Maranatha. If you are interested in joining, call Kim Haas at Maranatha and she will put you in contact with the project coordinator.

You are invited to join Love is the Answer Maranatha Mission Team on a trip to the Dominican Republic from July 28 to August 8, 2016. This is a privately led group project extending an open invitation to other potential volunteers. The Maranatha group will be building a church. Other mission focuses will be food, clothing, care packages, and school supplies distribution, medical and dental clinic, Vacation Bible School, evangelistic meetings, and a one day health fair. The clinics are dependent on recruiting skilled medical and dental professionals. If you have an interest in helping to lead a clinic, please contact Maranatha.

Volunteers will purchase their own airfare to the capital city of Santo Domingo. Please wait for confirmation from the group leader before purchasing your ticket to ensure that there is still space on the project. Once in the Dominican Republic, volunteers will travel together by bus or van to the project accommodations.
