Overview

***Message for the locals – Come serve your local camp for one day, two days or two weeks! No skills required!

Leoni Meadows camp is requesting Maranatha’s help with renovating two miles of narrow gauge railroad tracks. The project will involve spreading gravel ballast, setting new railroad ties, laying track and welding. There are also many other minor construction and renovation projects on the camp as well. Any help will be appreciated.

Travel Information

If you are planning on flying to the project, the closest airport is Sacramento International Airport (airport code SMF). Sacramento is approximately 70 miles from the camp.

Please book flights that come in before 6 pm on the arrival date. If you need to fly in later, please check with the Maranatha office to confirm that your arrival time can be accomodated. Please send your itinerary to volunteer@maranatha.org so pick up arrangements can be made.
