‘Ultimate’ Mission Project in the U.S.

Last week, Maranatha kicked off the first Ultimate Workout to take place in the United States—and so far the project has been a success. Ninety volunteers have been busy renovating various buildings at Milo Adventist Academy in Milo, Oregon.

The Ultimate Workout is a mission trip designed for teenagers. Typically the project is held in South America, Central America, or the Caribbean. This year, Maranatha decided to offer two mission opportunities for teens. Milo is the first Ultimate Workout of the year—and the first to take place in the U.S. The second Ultimate Workout of 2015 will be in Panama, in July.
