In the last five years, Maranatha has received requests for 100,000 churches and 80,000 classrooms from around the world. Maranatha prayerfully considers each country’s request then sets an annual project scope. In 2015, Maranatha will be working in Angola, Brazil, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Namibia, Panama, Zambia, and Zimbabwe, with fundraising and construction; in North America, Maranatha will assist with only construction needs. Not all of the countries listed will have volunteer opportunities. Areas that are more difficult for volunteers to access will use Maranatha’s in-country crews to build the structures.
